Industrial Electric provided the electrical installation for a new 5.5 MGD surface water treatment plant, which included two solids contact clarifiers, a filter building with eight filters, office space, a laboratory, and chemical storage facilities for bulk sodium hypochlorite, bulk aluminum sulfate, palletized powdered activated carbon, and totes of hydro fluorosilicic acid. They also installed a finished water storage tank, managed the demolition of two existing surface water treatment plants (including solids contact clarifiers, filters, chemical feed systems, and finished water storage), made modifications to an existing groundwater treatment plant, and constructed a new field operations building. Industrial Electric handled the management, furnishing, and installation of all 480Y/277V power, 208Y/120V power, controls, instrumentation, fire alarm systems, telecommunications infrastructure, lighting, and light controls.
