Industrial Electric efficiently provided labor, materials, and supervision for installing diverse electrical systems within the 120,000-square-foot multi-story Class A office/lab building, home to the Indiana Biosciences Research Institute (IBRI), Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP), Indiana University School of Medicine, and Taste Cafe. Our responsibilities included conduit installation, wire pulling, termination, lighting, Audio/Visual, and teleconferencing equipment, fire alarm, and access control systems. We installed and hooked up Lab Bench Equipment, Freezers, clean room HVAC, and HEPA equipment, fume hoods, testing and analysis equipment, and areas. We conducted comprehensive testing, troubleshooting, and start-up procedures to guarantee peak performance across the facility.
